Founded in 1988, Quality Circuit Assembly, Inc. produces printed circuit board assembly services to original equipment manufacturers.

QCA provides electronic contract manufacturing solutions for customers via strategic business partnerships. From initial prototype to turnkey production, QCA offers clients a wide range of services, affording them cost savings through the benefits of vertical integration. Impossible Aerospace (IA) serves as a perfect example of this integration. IA’s US-1 drone progresses from PCB board to complete assembly within the same building.

QCA has two locations; San Jose, California and Fort Smith, Arkansas. QCA California provides contract-manufacturing solutions within a multitude of markets; aerospace, military, automotive, instrumentation, medical and green technology. Their continual investment in equipment, people and technology have allowed QCA the ability to quickly respond to the ever-changing and competitive needs of their clients. This location is able to utilize and benefit from all major carriers of the San Jose airport. The Ft. Smith, Arkansas location, Quality Circuit Assembly Central (QCAC) has an extensive list of capabilities that provide solutions to clients fabrication needs. The capabilities of QCAC include, though are not limited to:

The dual locations for QCA, in different geographical areas, allows for flexibility within the business. For example, QCA California can assign larger production work to QCA Central where they have additional floor space and capacity. Since labor rates can vary around the country, QCAC creates an opportunity to lower overhead and increase margins, which enables cost-savings to be passed down to clients.
