Kent Wilson is the CEO/President of Alpine 4 Technologies, Ltd and serves on its Board of Directors.
Before being named CEO/President in June 2014, Mr. Wilson was the Chief Financial Officer of United Petroleum, Inc and was responsible for all of the company’s financial and reporting operations, including end-to-end management of company’s supply chain, and financial support systems. In prior years he also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Crystal Technologies, Ltd a technology company serving both the automotive industry and the insurance industry. Kent played a key and critical role in the development and deployment of a strategic web-based insurance platform for automobile dealerships.
Mr. Wilson earned his MBA from Northcentral University and considers himself a “University of Arizona Wildcat”. He also spent 4 years studying at the University of Arizona before earning his undergraduate degree in Management from the University of Phoenix.
Mr. Wilson also serves on the Board of Directors for Restoration Ministries dba Crossroads Youth a faith based organization dedicated to helping at risk children of the working poor in downtown Phoenix.
Mr. Jeffrey Hail joined Alpine 4 Technologies, Ltd. from its inception, working with Alpine 4’s CEO, Kent Wilson and has been an integral part in building the strategy and vision of Alpine and its subsidiary companies.
Mr. Hail came onboard bringing a diverse background that includes both government and private sector experience. Raised in Scottsdale, AZ; he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Operations and Production Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
After college, he worked in the Contracts and Procurement Section with the State of Arizona at its Department of Transportation for a number of years and then transitioned to the private sector by starting several different companies and building them to be the leaders in their niche sectors from both electronics manufacturing to e-commerce. As a result, he brings a broad-based background of business experience and acumen especially within the operational aspects of running a business in today’s realm.
Prior to joining Alpine 4, Ms. Rigney was a financial/contracts analyst for Bard Peripheral Vascular, Inc., a division of C.R. Bard. She also has sales and customer relationship building experience in the automotive and home building industries. She has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from The Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
As a valuable asset, Ms. Rigney works with Investor Relations in building and maintaining a positive public image for Alpine 4. She contributes in creation of media, from press releases to social media messages, that increase awareness of the company. She assists in keeping all social media platforms updated with current news and information in addition to website updates.
Prior to joining the Alpine 4 team, Mr. Kantrowitz was a project manager for two major homebuilders in Phoenix, AZ, Continental Homes and Engle homes. Ian has also been actively involved in the automotive industry where his in-depth knowledge of the auto industry lends a valuable perspective to our in-house products 6thsenseauto and Brake Active. Additionally, he was a top performing banker for Wells Fargo Bank ranked number 5 in the country.
Mr. Kantrowitz is responsible for managing the communication between Alpine 4’s corporate management and investors. He helps support the creation and release of pertinent information, handles inquiries and meetings, provides feedback to management from current and potential investors and assists in crisis management. In addition to his role as Investor Relations, Mr. Kantrowitz has been instrumental in raising capital needs from the private sector.
Tabatha Jones is Alpine 4 Technologies’ Vice President of Corporate Accounting. As VP of Corporate Accounting, Tabatha oversees all accounting, business support, quarterly and year end auditing, and payroll. Tabatha joined Alpine 4 April of 2018 as a senior staff accountant and has worked closely with Alpine’s senior leadership.
Prior to joining Alpine’s team Tabatha held a portfolio accounting position for 11 years at a homeowner’s association management company that operated in 3 separate states and had over 300 accounts. Tabatha has over 14 years in the accounting field that stem between accounts payable management, portfolio accounting, corporate and individual tax returns preparation and filing.
After Tabatha was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps in 2005 for 8 years of active duty, she went to school and received degrees in accounting and business management all while raising 3 children with her husband of 21 years.
After graduating from San Diego State in 2004 with a degree in History and a Minor in Business Management, Mr. Garcia dove headfirst into the world of sales by getting into the wine and spirit industry and then onto mortgages and loans. After several years and gaining B2B experience, Mr. Garcia moved onto the pharmaceutical and medical device industries where he quickly rose to management roles.
In 2016, Tim joined the Alpine4/QCA team as a Business Development Manager where he quickly proved himself and moved into a Sales Director role and then onto current role of VP of Sales. Mr. Garcia is responsible for daily sales activity, meeting with major clients, sales reports and budgeting, designing new and more effective sales strategies. He also works to market and promote company products and services. Mr. Garcia is an incredible asset to the Alpine 4 executive team with his diverse background in multiple industries and B2B success.
Alpine 4 Technologies Ltd’s Board of Directors gives guidence to the executive office and other senior management in the competent and ethical operation of Alpine 4 and assures that the long-term interests of shareholders are being served. To satisfy the Board’s duties, directors are expected to take a proactive, focused approach to their positions, and set standards to ensure that Alpine 4 is committed to business success through the maintenance of high standards of responsibility and ethics.
The Board has adopted the following committee charters and governance guidelines that, in conjunction with Alpine 4’s articles of incorporation and bylaws, form the governance framework for Alpine 4. The governance structure is designed to foster principled actions, effective decision-making and appropriate monitoring of both compliance and performance.
